With the new year upon us, it's the perfect time to set fresh goals and cultivate healthier habits. One area to consider is your hair.

Whether dreaming of longer locks, healthier strands, or a new style, here are some tips to help you achieve them.
Regular Haircuts: Consider getting a haircut every 8 to 12 weeks. Regular haircuts will help remove split ends and promote healthier growth, keeping your hair looking its best.
Weekly Treatments: Incorporate a nourishing hair mask into your routine once a week. This will help replenish moisture, repair damage, and keep your hair strong and vibrant. The added bonus is it will also help your haircuts to last you longer.
Choose Non-Toxic Products: Just like food, pay attention to the ingredients in your haircare products. Avoid harmful chemicals like sulfates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances & color, to maintain the health of your scalp & hair.
These simple habits can make a big difference. I'm committing to more consistent haircuts. What I'm planning on doing is scheduling a haircut appointment every 12 weeks. That will equal to 4 haircuts a year. One for every quarter. I'm also going to focus on treatments that will help with each season.
