Do you require deposits for appointments?

I do not require a deposit. The only service that does require a deposit is for extensions. It is a Non-Refunded deposit. It will go towards your hair order.

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You have 24 hours before your appointment. I will send you 4 days before your visit a text reminder & email. You will need to confirm, and you will receive another text if you haven't confirmed the following day. You will also receive another text 24 hour before your appointment as another reminder. This helps to avoid last minute cancellation fees. Life sometimes happens.

Do I need to wear or do anything special for my visit?

If you are having any color services, DO NOT wear your favorite clothes or tops. Accidents do happen & color has a way of getting on us even with all the precautions. Your more than welcome to change after your service to your favorite outfit.  

If you are having a haircut, NO bulky sweaters, hoodies or turtlenecks. These types of clothing will make it very difficult during your haircut.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Its best to be at least 5 to 10 minutes. This way we can have more then plenty of time to settle in & start the consultation for the service of that day.
