
Cancellation Policy

Yearly Policy
Appointments must be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the service. Cancellations without 48 hour or more notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Must pay the $50 before rescheduling a new appointment. In the event that you do not show up on the day of the service and do not contact EV Garcia to inform her, you forfeit any future services.

Retail Return Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. There are NO REFUNDS with hair services.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase.
